What does "embedded integration" actually mean?
It means we build the AI directly into your own platform — your backoffice, your transaction systems, your operational workflows — so it executes work from the inside, not from a separate dashboard. That's different from licensing a third-party AI tool that sits next to your stack. The trade-off: it's a real engineering project, scoped and quoted properly. The pay-off: AI that runs your actual processes, not just chats next to them.
How is this different from a generic AI tool or enterprise platform?
Generic tools stop at the edge of your system — they reply to a customer but can't reach into your transaction flow. Enterprise AI platforms hand you a configurable product and expect your engineering team to wire it in, then licence it annually. We do the integration as a partnership: we build the AI into your platform, you own the result, and there's no perpetual licence dependency.
Do I have to commit to integration to use a ready module?

My workflow isn't covered by a ready module. Can you build it?
Yes — that's exactly what the integration line is for. The ready modules are productised because they're the most commonly requested patterns; integration projects exist for everything else. Typical path: a paid scoping engagement (2–4 weeks) where we review your systems and propose an architecture, then a fixed-price build, then run. If your workflow can be described clearly, we can almost certainly build it.
Does the AI make decisions on its own?
No, not on anything that carries weight. The AI executes the process — retrieval, checks, preparation, customer interaction — autonomously. But on transactions, fund movement, KYC sign-off, exceptions, or any state change that matters, a human stays the approver of record. We compress the work; we don't move the accountability. Every approved action carries a clean audit trail.
What about data privacy and security?
Standard practice: scoped access only to what we need, full audit logging, NDA before we start, optional VPN-only access, data residency in MY or SG on request. For regulated industries we run on isolated infrastructure. Security review is part of the build phase — your compliance and infosec teams are involved before anything goes live.
Can we ever take full ownership of what you build?
Yes — from month 24 of the running engagement, you can take full ownership of the integration we built for you: code, configuration, audit trail, the lot. You're free to run it in-house, move to another vendor, or keep us on as your partner. No perpetual licence, no walk-away penalty. Most clients stay because the running relationship — continuous AI tuning, monitoring, new flows — is genuinely cheaper than re-creating it elsewhere. But the option is always yours, and that's deliberate. It's how we keep the relationship honest: we have to be worth keeping.
Why scoping before quoting an integration?
Because quoting a backoffice we haven't seen would either inflate the price defensively or under-quote and produce overruns. A paid scoping phase gives both sides real information — your team gets an architecture and a firm fixed-price quote; we get the inputs to commit honestly. The scoping fee is credited against the build if you go ahead.
